This is an urgent plea for President Joe Biden to call an emergency public meeting with the Commissioner of the FDA, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Director of the National Institutes of Health, the Director of the CDC, Dr. Fauci of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the members of the Biden-Harris COVID Health Equity Task Force to publicly review and evaluate the latest published data on the effects of the first 6 months of the COVID-19 vaccines.
My name is James Roguski. I am a concerned American citizen and I highly recommend that it is time to REVERSE COURSE and revoke the Emergency Use Authorizations for the Pfizer, ModeRNA and Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines on the basis that they have been shown to be neither safe nor effective.
By definition, it is an undisputed fact that the data in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is NOT complete. Due to its voluntary nature, VAERS only collects partial data. This represents only the proverbial tip of the iceberg and reveals just a small percentage of the damage that has been caused by these vaccines, but even if the numbers in the VAERS database are assumed to be accurate the carnage that has been inflicted upon the American people is already twice as bad as 9-11.
On Friday, June 25, 2021, the CDC released VAERS data that showed that there have been 6,113 deaths and 5,172 people who were permanently disabled due to reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and June 18, 2021. In just six months more than 6,000 people have died and 5,000 people have been permanently disabled due to the COVID-19 vaccines.
Breakthrough cases of COVID-19 are defined as COVID-19 that occurs in people who have received the vaccine. Also on Friday June 25, 2021 the CDC reported that 750 breakthrough cases of COVID-19 resulted in the deaths of people who had been fully vaccinated. It is known by the CDC that 750 Americans who had been vaccinated have died from COVID-19. Let me repeat that: 750 Americans who have been vaccinated have died from COVID-19.
Contrary to popular belief, the studies that were done and submitted to obtain emergency use authorization for the COVID-19 vaccines did not show a statistically significant reduction in deaths for those people who received the vaccine compared to those who received a placebo. The primary endpoint that was reported on and is commonly referred to in the media showed that the vaccines reduced the more minor symptoms of COVID-19.
In fact, they actually increase the likelihood that more and more vaccinated people are becoming asymptomatic carriers and super spreaders because the vaccine reduces the early and minor symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, fever, shortness of breath and body aches and pains. And now, with the relaxing of restrictions on social distancing, vaccinated people are actually more likely to become powerful vectors of disease transmission who can spread SARS-COV-2 and its variants to other people.
Essentially, the vaccines are acting like most other pharmaceutical drugs. They merely hide the early warning symptoms of COVID-19 which gives a false sense of security to those who have been vaccinated and actually increases the risk to society as a whole. The vaccines are absolutely not preventing infection nor are they reducing transmission of the virus.

Despite overly optimistic hopes that the ingredients of the vaccine would remain at the site of the injection in the deltoid muscle in the arm, it is now known that the ingredients spread throughout the body. The lipid nanoparticles that contain the mRNA in the Pfizer and ModeRNA vaccines have been shown to accumulate in female ovaries.
The New England Journal of Medicine has shown that 82% of pregnant women who received the vaccine in their first trimester suffered miscarriages. Unborn children are dying due to the vaccinations that were received by their improperly warned expectant mothers.
The spike protein that is produced in cells of vaccinated individuals also can spread throughout the body. The spike protein has been found to have a prion-like domain that, in and of itself, is toxic to the human body and can cause serious and deadly diseases.
It has been reported that both the SARS-COV-2 virus and the spike protein can be found in the sweat glands where it can be shed and transmitted to other people. The potential for shedding of spike proteins from those who have received the vaccine to those who have not received the vaccine adds an absolutely incredible level of danger to the entire population.
The long term consequences of these vaccines are NOT known. There have been NO studies to determine the long term toxicity, carcinogenic properties or disease causing potential of the spike protein that the vaccines cause the recipient's body to make.
It has been shown that the mRNA in the Pfizer and ModeRNA vaccines and the DNA in the Johnson and Johnson vaccine can enter the nucleus of cells and can potentially alter the genetic makeup of those people who receive the vaccines.
There has not been any published data showing that the vaccines actually improve immune function. They have not been shown to have the intended results of increasing IgA antibodies in the lungs or increasing levels of T or B cells in the blood. In fact, it appears that this data is not even being collected in any systematic way.
There is NO evidence to show that the vaccines provide any type of long term or even short term immune protection. There is NO evidence to show that the vaccines generate immunity that is any better than that which results from natural exposure to the virus which has an over 99% survival rate.
Federal law requires that people be given accurate information regarding the relative risks and benefits of these vaccines before giving their informed consent. As of today, June 30, 2021, the best information that is publicly available shows that
- 750 Americans have had breakthrough infections. They had been vaccinated but they have still died from COVID-19.
- Over 6,000 Americans have died as a result of the vaccine.
- Over 5,000 have suffered permanent disability as a result of the vaccine.
- 82% of women who have received the vaccine in their first trimester have lost their unborn children.
- Many tens of thousands of people have suffered horrible side effects due to the effect of these vaccines.
- And most importantly, the vaccine studies that led to the Emergency Use Authorization did NOT show a statistically significant reduction in deaths due to COVID-19.
It raises the question: Why would anyone take the vaccine if it doesn't reduce the risk of death and only masks the symptoms?
This carnage is NOT an indication that these vaccines are working as hoped. It is an indication that they are failing miserably.

They have to receive the information BEFORE giving their then INFORMED consent.
